Depositing from or withdrawing to third-party accounts is strictly prohibited and such transactions will be cancelled. If money laundering or illegal financial activity is suspected, we reserve the right to investigate the account and notify the relevant authorities if necessary. Accepting a bonus automatically applies the associated terms, and the bonus may be forfeited if the conditions are not met. Bonus balances or rewards with unfulfilled conditions will be forfeited upon account closure. Applicable provisions of these terms will remain in effect even after account closure.
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will first be resolved through negotiation, and if unresolved, will be settled in the appropriate courts of Bangladesh. By accepting these terms, the user is deemed to have consented to that jurisdiction.
